I heard this quote in a movie a few months back and I just remembered it the other day. I can't remember what movie it was but seeing as how I didn't have a second Digimon card I would use it.
I can picture Davis saying this, even though he's not all there most of the time he is a very good leader. Not as good as Tai (of course 
) but he gives it his all when protecting his friends.
