It's Misa Anime! ^.^ She is one of my favorite Death Note characters (even though she is kinda annoying) But this is what she looks like in her scene where she sings the "Death Song" which is super beautiful even though its kinda sad. I just love this picture and how well her face is outlined and her makeup. So adorable >.<
