Although I have work to do (it'll get done lol...), I decided to take a little breather and make a cute, fun card for a change! I've been reading this manga, Nee, Sensei (yaoi), so I felt like using a scan from it. :)

I used this scan. I stuck with its original cute polka dot style...by repainting the dots, to make them smoother and clearer and a couple different colors. I sharpened the scan and added some gradients, too. I took a while on the typography and details...I was just indecisive lol. But I finally decided on using just one color for the text! The words are lyrics from Kelly Clarkson's "My life would suck without you". It happened to be playing when I was making the card haha, and it really fit.
