About your upload problem.... Have you try to make them smaller or make sure that they are jpeg. Maybe it's the browser....? Try google chrome if you haven't already use it . I used to not be able to comment but once I use chrome, it works :)

It depends. If you're posting on a world, only Jpg.s work. I think PNG is also allowed on certain art submissions.

Oh yeah, they're real picky on theO, you can't upload anything but jpeg images. Not sure why. I had trouble with that too.
