ok, u have to crop the image first though and then resize it.
for example if the pic is like 800x600 it won't be able to resize to 350x350. but if its 650x650 u can resize it to 350x350. so unless the picture is like that you'll have to crop it.

Did u click resize? just type in 350x350 or something, i'm talking about photobucket btw. or u could find a pic and crop it to 350x350. i used to do that a lot. if u can't resize it then just crop it to that size. :D

Thr size MUST be 350x350 pixels. try useing the photobucket editer thats what i've been useing. all u need to do is find a desend sized picture: if the picture is 800x800 crop it to where its like 750x750 or 760x760 then resize it to 350x350 and add text. its that simple. i suggest useing photobucket or paint. with paint i suggest u use any other pic editor and use the crop resize thingy i mentioned then upload it on paint and add text. paint has more fonts than photobucket. if this isn't your problem then tell me specifically what is and maybe i can help.
