hey there! So I've recently returned to TheO! And since making challenges are one of my favorite things here on TheOtaku here's another one!
As we're less than a month into 2014 I've decided to make a challenge about new year's resolutions.
Artistic Resolutions! o.o/

So what is your goal for the year?
Better anatomy?
Better use of color?
More dynamic poses?

Now that you've got a good idea of what you're going to work towards this year,
I want you guys to write it down and to draw a piece that reflects that goal as much as possible!
For this challenge I will actually be looking at all participant's portfolio's in order to compare their past "normal" work with the "new resolution" work.

What i'll be looking for: (JUDGING)
~Effort-This is the most important one. I want to see just how hard you want to reach your goal for this year! :D
~Working out of your comfort zone-don't worry if it's not perfect. Im not looking for "who draws better", I'm looking for "who has gone out of their way to be able to draw better" :)
~Originality-I don't want to see resolutions like: I want to draw better. not gonna cut it!

~Can I submit more than 1? yes you can. But only one piece may win.
~I don't draw digitally can I still enter? Any medium accepted :)
~Should I dedicate to you? Not necessarily.

~The point of this challenge is to start off the year on the right path. To start working on our goals and to challenge ourselves as artists. Therefore I'll be doing something a little different this time around.
For everyone who participates I'll be offering critique on their submission via pm. If you want critique just ask for it in the description and i'll be glad to give you my thoughts on the work and how well I believe you've captured the idea of the challenge.
Based on the critique, if you want to RE-SUBMIT your work (same piece as before only!) feel free to do so!
