Basically, everyone has something they fear. Be it sharks, death, clowns, showers, frogs, fear itself, ect.
But! Everyone also has something they love. Be it something broad, like sweets, piano, love itself..You get the gist. Or something specific, like a certain memory.
What I'm asking you to do today is mix the two.
Combine what you're most afraid of with what you love.
