I love colour, so try to colour if you can
Chibi's and neko's will also get higher rating
I love curls XD
And while the title says "cute" i also like creepy/scary stuff
OC's preferable
Can be more than one person in the picture and as long as one is a child the others can all be adults, teens etc
Background not required
You can enter as many times as you like

Prizes:
1st place: A request of you choice, a wallpaper of your choice and a gift
