~You can draw one or more characters.
~All media types accepted.
~No limit to submissions, (but you only get one prize)
~Time limit is one month

RULES: Anything goes! Just obey the rules of theO, of course.

TIPS:
~Extra points for color and/ or backgrounds (effort)
~Extra points if you make me laugh. (Like the costume is silly or totally wrong for the character’s personality)
~Extra points for being over the top (be it sickeningly cute OR totally bishie OR even really creepy. It is halloween after all...)
