Perhaps check out and take a look at how other people draw there necks. I Also think you should work on lighting on the hair. As for the little coverage downstairs...Is it Ink? Or Hair? Well If it's hair -.- ... Don't Draw it. If it's ink; Perhaps draw it coming up his chest? Like a Dragon ;D...Anyways. I think it's Great!
An artist that actually wants criticism. I never thought I'd see the day. :)
Anyway, onto the picture. It is overall done pretty well, but some things that you need to work on - The highlighting in the hair. It was done... well, it wasn't highlighted at all. You just kind of threw together some blacks. Secondly, I don't really feel the black swirls in the background working for you in the picture, but that's only my personal opinion.
Now, onto the things you did well. I thought that the shading on the body (and coloring) was done very well. The muscles on the body were done well as well. Just keep improving on the technical aspects of drawing, and don't forget the basics.
