Good job on this pic ^^ I especially like how his hair and his eyes are done. I'm not sure if you accept constructive criticism or not, but I'm giving one anyway :P The colouring is a tad plain here, especially on the skin (the colouring stokes are very visible). Try to vary the skin tone by shading some parts a little darker (or some parts lighter). He's my fav character from Bleach! ^^ But I'm not a fangirl, so I'm not touching, lol :D
