^ _ ^ thanks! yeah... i drew it during a boring meeting. i think i drew about 5 characters in that same meeting and I am not very good at repeating/copying drawings (even my own) so i figured, i'ld just color it in the notebook.
Ah. About the tattoo... i used wiki as reference...
It's a shame that the paper you used was notebook paper. Still, you've made a very nice artwork. You drew the character well, and the way you colored and shaded it was really very good.
What I like about your drawing is the several references to Filipino culture. After all, I'm a Filipino and it's nice to see works like this in the site. And you provided a nice back story.
I was a bit surprised at the tattoo. I thought that symbol meant the letter A in the ancient Filipino alphabet. I probably got it wrong. Hope you can clarify that for me.
