To be totally honest at the risk of spoiling it: Zoro's high off LSD. He got Luffy high too and Sanji and Nami had to take the boy to the ER. Zoro was left in the car since he's kinda a bad seed.
Did Zoro just back into a grocery store? o.O Poor little guy, being the subject of Sanji's wrath. *making up her own story*
Very cute, and I love how Sanji's hanging on the car like that. Nice body language. ^.^
