AWWWWWWW! since we're critiquing each other's work, here's some pointers.
-Put your line art on a separate layer of it's own, and change the mode to "multiply". Multiply removes all white from the layer. Then paint on the colours in separate layers below the lineart layer. this is how I colour on photoshop elements.

- Skin colour? XD

-Maybe practice drawing side profile.

Other than that, this is GREAT!
