About this picture...gorgeous. It's simply outstanding, he's soooooooooooo pretty. I mean, his eyelashes are so mascara commercial like. He could be a star the way you drew him. I also think you captured his personality
Yes, this is very different from your usual style. Its a bit darker, and more gothic. the coloring is more blocky also, more Tim Burton esque, if you know what i mean. But you really did a wonderful job with the eye, very deep. But the way you positioned the mouth and the head does give a very doll-like feel.

Extremely great improvement compared to your previous attempt =D You may not want to keep the drawing style, but do keep the shading and blending style, its nice!
The shadow under the eye still has that remaining sharp edges, you can make it smoother by picking at the skin's lightest colour using the eyedropper tool (shortcut alt + click) and then veeeeery low brush flow about 10 and also low opacity and blend the light colour with the skin's shadow ^^
WOWS! This is amazing! His eyes are positively gorgeous! He does remind me of a doll, he's very cute. I love the bg you used for the picture, it adds to it very nicely!!
