I use paint, have you ever seen the magnifying glass? Oh and it's the same for the other program I use too. It takes me forever too.^^

I zoomed in and made sure that the dots were all lined up.

I lined the pixels up staight on the computer, and I traced picture I drew by hand. Practice makes perfect.^^
