Actually, I really do like Ragna as a character - my friend and I actually created a drinking game for him.
Every time Ragna cusses during the game's dialogue, take a shot!
You'll be dead quick.
He's just not up there in the top three, that's all.
And yes. Jin is a cheap spammer, this I know.

Good stuff, and man, you had a great birthday for graphic design lol. Happy belated birthday! Your colouring is great, and its a nice comical work for Blazblue. I guess no one really like Ragna (my main) cuz he's so easy to use, lol. Jin is entertaining, but he seems to do too much damage along with the whole freezing thing.
