i actually left it as pencil lines - then used contast/brighten to get a whiter background and darker lines. - but maily left it light and went over areas like eyes - to get them darker ^^'
coloring - well eh.... - i use a lot of layers cause i keep going over areas to get different tones/colours.
use airbrush and the erase tool on lower opacity to get gradual tones
thats it really^^

kyaaaaaaah..~~ whenever i see tsuna and hibari together, i always remember u.. hahah... <3 ur coloring is amazing as ever and i love the concept.. *not a yaoi fan* but the idea is really cool.. love the chinese dragon dance.. the first time i saw it i thought it was scary but i saw some feet.. lol....
anyway.. awesome piece... great job on the textures too..~~
