Do you have a photo editing program? You can always draw a seperate background and then add it in. I know a safe cheap one that only takes like 5 min to download and you won't have to wear an eyepatch and a pegleg. It's legal! Yay!
Yeah, I thought of doing that but I don't have much material y'know... I only have a black bulletpoint pen, a pencil and a rubber T__T so yeah. I'm such an amateur..

Maybe try putting a background, a simple one, in the top left panel or something.... Idk, that's the only suggestion I have. There's a lot of white space behind him and it would give the page a little setting.
