I agree, Ace shouldn't have had to go. That dog will pay. Ok, enough blathering, I love the shodowing you put into it. It just seems to add to his lonelyness.

Very nice!! I love the coloring and you've really captured his loneliness. It is a same he had to go, he was a great character.
