The reason they looked similar is because they both have blonde hair, blinding bangs (the eyes aren't showing), the color purple, and a horizontally striped shirt in dark colors. Just out of curiosity: do Jack's eyes ever show? Because weird anime filler arc aside (and even then I can't tell), you never see Bel's eyes o_o

Looks-wise, he kind of reminds me of Bel from Reborn!... but personality-wise, I'm sure they're nothing alike (which is a good thing o_o)
