as with most of the art by you that i've seen so far, great job on the shading, i like it. the hair seemed ok to me but then again i'm not entirely sure how it's supposed to look since it's been a few weeks since i've seen the fulmetal alchemist anime or him in it for that matter. the facial features on scar seemed a bit off to me though unless i'm just not seeing something. as for the lips is he supposed to be smiling? smirking? frowning? and the eyes, are the glaring? squinting or does scar seriously never do anything else with his eyes which are stuck like that permanently O_o? with that all being said, great pic, keep it up. *thumbs up* ^_^
