This is another Naruto OC that I drew, named Naoe (I already like this OC better than my 1st one). It took me forever to get it to look the way I wanted it to and it turned out okay. it could still use some work, like on his hands for example and his vest among other smalller things. If you have any ideas on how to improve it tell me, Please. And, No he's not part of the Anbu and I may end up changing his outfit in the future. Thanks, I hope you enjoy.
