In the latest chapters of Naruto, Kakashi can apparently do the Rensagan. To me it was really no surprise - after all, the Yondaime WAS his sensei... Anywho... this was also done in Photoshop (as per usual) but in the newest version. (YAY!) And then I added the eye in the corner copying the manga's newest version of Kakashi's Sharingan - "Mangekyou"... The light was created from "Radial Blur", I believe - and the over all tone was enhanced by the "Watercolor" filter.
