Well this picture was inspired by a character of mine in my head (name: Uriel) and also by the song The Power of Goodbye by Madonna. Yes it is a vampire. No that's not because Halloween is coming up. It's just a hand drawn quick sketch so in the future I'll probably upload a CG'd version and take this version down.
