This is one of my characters, Suiko. I'm not very good at chibis so, I decided I would practice. My friends all say it's not quite "Chibi-ish" but, more like some kind of mix between normal style and chibi and now call it "Chibilistic". XD Anyways, I inked this on my ride home from college one day and, well, hope you like it!!
