Done on MS Paint program. I need a proper scanner!!! Anyway. This picture turned out almost chibi style. It is my 2nd ever Naruto picture and I have to say, I think I've improved since the 1st XD I spent a while getting the background right but after all that, I looked at the picture of Naruto and then to the background, then thought: "Great. The background gives off a nice effect but my Naruto pic looks awful!" ^_^;; Please leave feedback on the parts of it that you liked/disliked.
