This didn't get too much effort because while I was drawing the draft I noticed these weird sticky things on the paper every time I took it out and the pen I used despite having really good lines, leaked a lot and left all sorts of little drops and smudges *kinda edited out* I gave him Conan eyes :3. He's saying, "Hello, this is Honda Cakes," because he's at a cake store taking calls.
