Ok she's my oc. Her name is Suzu which means bell. Orochimaru kidnapped her when she was a baby and raised her in evil ways. Technically she's a jonin but she's more powerful than the Kages put together (though less than Naruto at his most powerful.) Finally she sees the eror(sp?) in her ways and joins Naruto.
