This is a tribute to my cat, Sam, who passed away on December 1st, at around 4 in the morning. She died at the age of 18, and she was one of the greatest pets I have ever known, and I really do hope I can see her again some day. My mom found her when she was about 5 months old while she was heading home (Dad didn't like it when mom brought Sam home). Acording to my mom, she was yowling her brains out, but when she took her out of the tree, she started purring. She was one of those cats that would start purring whenever you touched her or looked at her. For most of the time that I knew her, she stayed outdoors, because of a clawing problem (she was eventually declawed), but when we moved, she came inside, and hung out in my room and my parent's room. Good God I'll miss her.
