I think I've put in at least 20 hrs. on this piece. I hope everyone likes it. ^^; I can't say that I've known anyone who's fought the big C, whichever cancer it may be, but I've had quite a few deaths in the family. So while I may not be able to say, "I speak from experience" on what it feels like to lose someone to cancer, I know what it's like to lose someone. I thought I'd focus on the family left behind and their struggle to overcome the loss of their mother. The words are, "Don't lose hope...we'll find a cure together." I thought those words up because I'm sure that everyone who loses someone special to any disease has said them before, so I figured that everyone could relate to it. I know it's played out, but it's true, only together can we overcome our toughest challenges as the human race.
