I really enjoyed doing this peice. My favorite part is the small poem. In the peom when i say "wings" i mean it in a symbolic sense. "Wings" means control. " We all have wings" means we all have control over our own lives. Breast cancer or no breast cancer only we can decide who we are, why we are, and where were going. " we just dont know how to use them yet." means some of us dont realize we have control.(does that make sense?) This is dedicatied to my gandma who has had one of her breasts removed and because of that she is very sad. I pray that we can find a cure.So that no one else will suffer. Learn to use your wings! Breast cancer does not control you!Please enjoy.
