Well... Certainly not my best work. Truth be told, I almost didn't do this at all... But then I felt guilty, because this contest is an absolutely awesome idea, and I had to help support the cause in any way I could, though I know I can never compete with the other entries... And, for the humorous side of things: it got me to use my horribly neglected pink pencil. ^^'' I really followed my instincts on this one... My instancts told me to leave everything pale and sketchy. So I did. But my scanner KILLED it. Jeez... -.- ... That's one of the reasons this is so late. I was going to post it, then I realized how horrible it looked. My abilities with computer editing are very slight, so I had to fix it by hand, then re-scan it, THEN edit it somewhat on the comp, too... on Paint... So, yeah. Still looks horrible, but what can I do? So yes, that's me in the pic. For the most part. I rarely tie my hair back, but I thought it looked better here... And that mark under my left (your right) eye is a scar. Dunno why, but I sometimes like adding that in pics of myself. ^^'' Yes, it's a real scar, though it's not that obvious... It's also kind of a symbol of suffering or struggle, which anyone with cancer or who knows a victim has to go through... Well, I'm not a victim of cancer, though I know many people, including family members, who have been... I just felt like drawing a supporter, rather than a victim or whatever... And from the beginning, I wanted the background to be the pink ribbon. Plus emphasis on other pink things... the bear... the card... Yes, so, I'm trying to help a victim, hopefully. And the victory sign, besides being a regular pose of mine (^^'') is also saying that they'll overcome the obstacles set in their path. "I'm rooting for you!"
