Drawn very badly on the "Paint' program. Here is a chibi-ish Neji that was kind of hard to draw on paint but I didn't spend too long on it so yeah, yeah, it's my fault ^^;; I'm better with E-cards. Anyway, please leave feedback if you like it! ^^
