Muahaha! This is Hayai Keska, PropertyoftheUchiha's (http://propertyoftheuchiha.deviantart.com) original Naruto character, in my style. I sketched him yesterday and scanned him into photoshop today and colored him within two hours. Keska is one of the coolest male OCs I've ever seen, so of course I had to do fanart of him.
