READ THIS SO YOU DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND!! I don't usually draw mews like this... But this one was special!! She was in a crazy dream I had. In the dream, I found a map of the USA that was called the US Mew Mew map. O_o (No, I'm not crazy, I was and still am sick with a fever) And SHE was Mew California!!! X_X Yah... So when I woke up, I HAD to draw her. After I finished I re-named her Tropica, because Mew Calofornia sounded TOO mary-sueish... DX Speaking of which... I think she's a mary-sue... DDX But I still love her~~~!
