My sister and I always wondered what Neji would wear and frankly, I couldn't think of anything except a white shirt and pants... 0.o, Neji's not the kind of guy who wears the flashy accessories and all that. He's more plain.. I took the headband off because he just looks too casual to be wearin it. All of my friends commented how sexy this was and one of them put it on her wall. XD I must admit it's pretty hot!!!! XD
