After a long wait I have finally finished, sorry it took so long! I got a new style sort of ^_^; I think it turned out ok, some of it I like and some of it could be better... I made up that girl and gave her blue hair because water is symbolized by blue and rain is water so I think it was a nice idea for a picture to rain-chan =P
