Well those who are into J-music like me will probably know who this is.Tis' Wataru,the vocals to one my favorite bands 12012.Same story of drawing,scanning,and coloring it on Jasc.I know he is not an anime/video game character.But I thought he looked very animated on the cover of CURE magazine.Hence why I drew him and posted it on here ^_^
