kiba doesn't have a weapon due to the fact that he's an aprentice angel, he is god's personal messanger so he doesn't have to fight, he sits on a couch and eats grape flavored popsicles all day and watches the others on a huge flatscreen t.v. that god gave to him to keep an eye on the others.
