I couldnt get any of my newly drawn sketches to color in photoshop so i decided to go through my folders and look for something old to color XD. I know the fan has the konoha sign on it! And it is on it! if you look carefully you see it blended into the fan lol. why? because i used the overlay blending option on it XP. i dont really like the clouds cause the lines are not straight lol. used >> Adobe Photoshop cs
