this is Klar's character Pallu from Deviant art I asked if I could draw him first..this is my second time drawing him I think he came out better this time he's so cute in that dress ^_^ Yes its a boy I know when I first seen him I thought it was a girl....I did this pic in honor of spring.... I remember when I was little I used to pick the fuzzy dandylions and make a wish then blow off all the fuzzys ^_^
