this is my new naruto oc, and i and fairly proud of her. i like it a lot! the ball of energy in her hand is not rasengan- its her super awesome hyper cool jutsu-and it rox(i think)i finished coloring it like, 2 hours ago, then my computer froze up!!! and i had to start over! NOOO!! >O< but i think it looks better the second time i did it. i haven't come up with a name for her or her jutsu, so if ur suddenly struck with inspiration, plz let me know! tell me what cha' think!
