The orange cat is Bido-Sensei,who betrays his birth country Japan by leading a newly-formed Nazi force, after learning that he's a reincarnation of a nazi killed in WWII. The blue-skinned guy is Bido's 2nd-in-command Samson Morbido. Only Bido-Sensei's look is retro-esque as inspired by manga authors Go nagai and Shotaro Ishimori. The hairstyle for Samson is Dragon ball-like while Space Battleship yamato characters "The gamilons", as well as the andorians from the original "Star Trek" inspired Samson to be blue-skinned.
