Here's a new one. This is Zetsumei Ishinari of the Hidden Mist village. He's considered the unique one of his village becuase of his kekkei genkai called Karasugan (crow's eye). He is highly intelligent and is always on missions to gather information from other villages under the order of the Mizukage. Why? The Karasugan, a bloodline trait that only remains in the Zetsumei Clan, has the ability to gather information by staring at someone's eyes. In other words, Ishinari knows everything about everyone he's ever met just by looking into their eyes. This trait can also hypnotize anyone that looks at it. The only problem with this trait is that it only appears in one eye instead of both like most other kekkei genkai's associated with the eyes. The Mizukage uses Ishinari to his advantage since he can plan out attacks and avoid war beforehand. Ishinari is part of a group of 5 chosen swordsmen who found mysterious metal in their villages. Ishinari had forged his metal into a katana which he called Kiritana for it's glowing, pale blue color. Kiritana is the rival blade of Chitana which is owned by Kinashi. Ishinari and Kinashi are considered rivals of the sword since their blades represent elements, fire for Chitana and water for Kiritana.
