Okay, so the story behind this is: Neji and Tenten are having a little arguement and they make a bet. Whoever loses has to let the other one dress them up however they want and the loser has to put the picture on myspace and leave it there for all to see. As you can see, Neji lost the bet. XD I am very aware that he looks exactly like a girl, but I just wanted to see what people would say. Fangirls... Please, please!! Do NOT flame me for this.
