Sailor Jupiter from 'Sailor Moon'. She's my favorite character out of the whole series cuz she kicks @$$!!! XP Anyways, I have been working on this on & off for a couple of months. It usually doesn't take me that long to complete a drawing but things kept me from completing it. But its done now, so I'm happy. I'm quite happy with how this one turned out. ^^ At first, I was gonna leave just the blank bg, but I thought it was too plain (duh!) so Photoshopped the background into it. I used multiple photos of lighting bolts and mainpulated them a little to get the look that I wanted. I think it came out quite well.
