This is Dominee, or Domi, my little chibi dominatrix, lol. My friend told me to draw somebody with a whip and a dominatrix came to mind immediately. I turned it into a chibi though cuz it was funny and I like chibis. Anyway, I hope you like her. This is the first chibi I've done in a while and by far the best I've done, ever. I used to suck at drawing chibis. I probably still do but I'll leave you to decide. Let me know what you think.
