Chizuno is a reaper who seems pretty cooled down. His element is Mind and his psychic abilities speak for themselves. Is an expert at his elemnt and uses a gun and turret crystals that turn his psychic energy into energy bullets. He also uses Tarot Cards to do various actions in battle and also does Tarot Readings as a side job (dead gotta have money, too.).
