That's Richard Townes, Maggie's good guy friend since kindergarden. He's always had a secret crush on her, but never had the guts to tell her.

Richard was actually designed by a friend of mine. He designed the character as a whole - his looks, his story, his personality - all I do is put him in the story. =P
